Ze Travelling Sistahs
(photo taken at Füssen, Bayern, Germany)
Don't they look familiar? Yes? I thought so too :)
It was their so called 'Interrailing Trip' since they travelled to other countries via train because travelling by plane is just too mainstream. Hahaha, kay, kidding. You guys have no idea how much cash you can save when you travel by train rather than a plane!
So the journey starts. First stop, GERMANY. As I was browsing through their photos I came across a photo that really caught my attention, it was said to be Walt Disney's inspiration. Being an avid fan of Disney got me really psyched to see that Disney Castles actually exist in the real world :D
Neuschwanstein Castle
Breathtaking isn't it? hihi
Now let's get into the details of their stay in Füssen.
Happy Sleep House
That is what a B&B (bed and breakfast) looks like on the outside. It's basically a very affordable place to spend the night if you're on a budget holiday. The sisters were on a budget so they chose to stay in hoStels rather than hotels since they can save up to 50 euros per night. A B&B or a hostel would cost more or less 20 euros in Germany. They decided to go with this particular B&B because it's really cheap and best of all, it is just a stone's throw away from the train station, a 3-minute walk to be exact :) PERFECTO!
Alrighty leggo see ze food in Germany now hiks :)
Soooo one of the must sees in Germany would be the Berlin Dom which is obviously located in Berlin, Germany. It's a very historical majestic building that one must visit once you're in Germany, it would be such a waste if you didn't grab that opportunity :)
There are loads of other interesting food and places in Germany that I didn't really share with all of you since I myself am retelling the stories from those travelling sisters. Hopefully whoever visits Germany in the future will have a blast and take the opportunity to visit all of the historical sites as there are countless historical sites in Germany.
Note that this is only the starting of their "Interrailing Trip" hiks, as for this moment these are the only stories they've shared with me and I wouldn't dare to say more :) Loads more to come from the travelling sisters. BYEEEEE :3

Germany is famous for many foods and cuisines. Many dishes are familiar to us but most still are completely unknown. I would like to share with you one of Germany's famous breakfast treats which is the Müsli or more commonly known ad the muesli :3
Let’s start off with a breakfast item. For breakfast it’s common and traditional to eat large helpings of meats and cheeses, but in the more modern, rushed world Müsli has become a favorite. It’s a cereal made from oats, fruits, and nuts. It’s similar to trail mix in milk and is very chewy. Alternately, you can trade the milk out for yogurt. Omnomz :3

Besides The Berlin Dom, there's also the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe that the sisters visited together.

Another place that I found quite interesting was the East Side Gallery which is also a memorial. This is not a memorial for the murdered nor the dead, but it is the international memorial for freedom. It is also said to be the world's largest and longest-lasting open air gallery!

St Nicholas' Church was not restored after WWII to serve as a reminder of the implications of war. This building was not bombed as it served as an orientation marker for the pilots of the Allied Air Forces during the extensive air raids on Hamburg.
